Our company relieves the stress of having to ask for payments by first developing a relationship with your clients and laying the groundwork for payment expectations. Next, we provide a special touch by personally reaching out to and calling your clients to receive payments on time and in accordance with your financial agreement.

We are not a collections agency, we are not housed in a call center overseas, we are not harassing in anyway. Like you, we are small business owners that understand how easy it can be to give yourself away because you see the good in people, and you want to invest in others and you have compassion for your career and really believe in what you do. But before you know it you are struggling to balance your books or care for your family because your worth and passion have fallen out of equilibrium.

What exactly do we do? What we do is this…

• We reach out to your clients in the beginning of your relationship with them.
• We introduce ourselves as an extension of your business. We are the ones that handle the payments and contracts that you have set forth. (Accounts Receivable)
• We personally review your financial agreement and payment expectations/schedule with them and answer any questions that they have.
• We let them know when we will be in contact with them to receive their next payment should they want that personal interaction.
• We provide an easy payment link should they decide that they will simply take their own initiative to log in and make payments.
• Or we can set them up with an automatic payment schedule that will withdraw from their account and it deposits directly into your account.
• Whenever accounts begin to fall behind, we reach out personally and politely to get your clients back on track.
• Should your client need a dismissal from your services for non-payment, we can also take care of that for you making sure to adhere to any compliance guidelines in your State.
